Borg Cam Pump

Cam pump is the core product of Borg Company with many patented
technologies. Up to now, Borg has 6 series of 16 types of cam pumps with
a flow rate of 1200 m3/h and a lift of 140 m, and each type of cam pump
can provide different materials and designs to meet the different needs
of customers.
Principle
Bog rotary cam pump is self-priming, valveless, positive displacement
pump. The two synchronous rotors rotate clockwise and counterclockwise
in parallel to each other, forming the drainage chamber. Fill the
conveyed material in the open chamber at the pump inlet. These materials
are displaced to the discharge end along the direction of volumetric
flow.
The displacement is related to the rotational speed and the
flow direction is reversible. The occlusion arrangement of the rotors is
almost perfect at the stop.

All pump models are modular design, pump housing and gear box are integral casting.
Thanks
to the symmetrical structure design, the conveying direction can be
completely reversed only by changing the current direction.
Large diameter entrance ensures easy entry of fluid medium with high viscosity, larger or harder solids.
The medium transportation in the pump chamber is very short. So the conveying process is very smooth.
The Bog pump will not be blocked even when transporting medium containing fibers or small cakes.
Only
the lining plate, the rotor and the seal of the pump are in contact
with the medium being conveyed, and the other parts of the pump,
including the shaft, will not be in contact with the medium being
conveyed.
